CHEROKEE COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE
& GEORGIA STATE PATROL
Owner of the vehicle will need to bring us:

– Driver’s License (if owner does not have a DL, owner will need to bring a form of ID and a licensed driver)

– Valid Registration for the vehicle

– Valid Insurance for the vehicle

– Cash to pay the vehicle out (please call if unsure amount to bring)

If any of the above are in the vehicle please see us in the office and we will assist you. Do not go to your vehicle without an employee from Mauldin Body Shop & Towing. 

CANTON POLICE DEPARTMENT 
Owner of the vehicle will need to go to the Canton Police department located at 151 Elizabeth St, Canton GA 30114 to get a release form. After you receive the release form you will bring it to us with your ID. Impounds are to be paid in cash only so call ahead if you are unsure of the amount.

IMPOUNDED VEHICLE PICKUP
WHAT YOU NEED IN ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE IF IMPOUNDED BY THE POLICE.
